2. Booking & Payments

• A deposit or upfront payment may be required to confirm your service.

• Remaining balances are due as agreed (before final delivery or based on milestones).

• Payment methods accepted: credit/debit card, PayPal, Zelle, or cash (if local).

3. Revisions & Deliverables

• Minor revisions are included; excessive changes may result in additional charges.

• Delivery timelines vary by service and will be communicated clearly in advance.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled service may result in partial or no refund.

• Project cancellations will be handled fairly, based on the work completed.

5. Intellectual Property

• We retain copyright to the original content we create (photos, designs, code, etc.).

• You receive a usage license for personal or business use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• You may not resell or redistribute our work without permission.

6. Portfolio Use

We may showcase completed projects on our portfolio or social platforms. If you wish to keep your project private, please inform us in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by external factors (internet failure, emergencies, etc.). Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for services.
